Great option to eat in Toluca-Metepec. It is a pleasant place to taste Swiss and international cuisine, with more than two decades of experience. We found delicious and recommended dishes such as the three cultures cream (elote, tomato and poblano chili); the Caesar salad and the white sausage, which is delicious. We will return another time to try the traditional fondue. For dessert, the most delicious is the thousand-leaf cake. The service is also excellent, the decoration is very beautiful and it is a great place to organize social events. We will gladly return.
I am not the type of person who comes to a place to criticize, because I know the great effort behind all gastronomic logistics, but they should try to give a fine touch to the details, *Picana grilled without joke, only the fat was splashed by the temperature of the Skiller, the *Escamoles did not burst, without seasoning (It is not a cheap dish). *Beef Chemita, excess butter *Noodle soup, without seasoning it would seem that they added more water to the pasta. *Fondue excess of White Wine. Everything is very appreciated, they have many factors to return, but they must take care of the details of the kitchen. On the side table a fish arrived with a lot of aroma, already denoting its lifespan and not pleasure, it was obvious that it happened. I sincerely wish you to rectify it and if my comment is of any use, I appreciate it.
A local and Classic space with excellent food and great service. You can tell just by walking in that this is a local classic. An elegant touch with some damn fine cooking, my order, the pampano fish, was excellent, as well as every other dish we ordered. Will be coming back regularly.
